"The staff member at the front register was quite rude, and when she received similar treatment, she didn’t seem to appreciate it. My toast was cold, and they forgot to include my speck. Additionally, the fruit was not fresh. However, a very kind girl came by to offer us refills and to-go drinks, and she truly brightened our day with her excellent customer service."

We visited the Atomic Omelette Grill for the first time a few days ago, and we were warmly welcomed upon entering. The restaurant was very clean, which I appreciated. Ordering was straightforward, but choosing what to eat was the challenging part because everything on the menu sounded so delicious! The waitress brought our food promptly and ensured we had everything we needed. One of the highlights of my visit, aside from the meal itself, was chatting with the owner about their homemade hibernari sauce. She offered me a sample to try with my omelette, and it was absolutely delightful. We will definitely be returning to try more items from the menu!

We visited again today, and I’m pleased to report that the service was much friendlier this time, and the food was absolutely fantastic! The potatoes weren't to my liking, but the cookies and gravy are definitely the best in the city! I built my own omelet, and it was delicious. Great food overall, but the service left something to be desired. My husband had the Texas oatmeal, while I had the cheesy omelet with a side of crispy bacon, and we shared the cookies and gravy—the cookies and gravy were amazing! The hearty loaf was good as well. The cheesy omelet was great, but the potatoes that came with it were a bit hard and lacked seasoning. Unfortunately, the bacon wasn't crispy as I had requested. However, the blueberries that came with the oatmeal were so fresh and sweet that I absolutely loved them. We didn’t eat the other fruits due to strawberry allergies. The service wasn’t very friendly, and we had to wait a while to get our drinks refilled. Our server seemed irritated, as if we were bothering them. I’m deducting a point for the service and another for the bacon, which wasn’t as crispy as I wanted, and the potatoes that were undercooked.

The food and service are great, but it doesn't make any sense that men wear masks and some people don't. most do not wear them right anyway. my problem is clear that there are no uniform rules so that those who know that it is stupid to stop wearing them. everything it says is that they don't believe they work, but they want to pretend they care about it. I say if someone wants to wear one, but don't let them force.

New location/management is absolutely terrible. I 've been a few times giving it a chance since I loved the last location/customer service so much but every time it has been awful. We had 3 empty chairs and as I got up to go to restroom management stopped me and asked why the rest of my party did not show up. Mind you we ordered to go for them as they were running late. This was during a late lunch on a freaking Tuesday. Never again, try Andy 's Kitchen, Towne and Country or Chops N Eggs. Update: Spoke to the owner, expressed how we felt and how we will not be returning and he said, good, I 'm glad your family will not be returning . Shocked at how much this place changed, it was truly great when the old team was running it.
