Bamboo Garden - Corpus Christi

I absolutely love this place! Coming from Houston, where the Asian community is the largest in the U.S., I've got high standards for Asian cuisine, and this restaurant definitely meets them. The one dish I always order here (and I can't even find it in Houston) is the Cantonese Pan Fried Pork Noodles. It's outstanding! I urge you to try it if you haven't already. I've had the same dish in New York's Chinatown, and it tastes just as good—it's prepared authentically. Just give it a try this time; you can save the General Joe's Chicken for your next visit!

We've been coming here for years, and I've never had a disappointing dish. My husband ordered the seafood soup, while I had the pepper steak and sweet and sour pork, which was such a generous portion that I took half of mine home! The wonton soup was exceptional; often, wonton soup can lack flavor in the broth, but not this one—it was delicious, and I didn’t even need to add any soy sauce or salt and pepper. The service was quick and very attentive.

The staff here were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making it a great spot for a laid-back lunch with friends. I ordered the Broccoli Chicken from the lunch menu, which included a choice of soup (the Egg Drop soup was fantastic!), rice (you can choose between fried or plain), and an egg roll. Everything was delicious, and the portions were quite generous. I'll definitely be able to enjoy the fried rice and Broccoli Chicken for another meal!

Love bamboo garden!! I order take out from here like once a week. They?ve got a really large variety of Asian cuisine including pho, Vietnamese plates, Chinese dishes, and so many other options to choose from! Everything is always really delicious, andfresh. Love this spot!

We had a late lunch and were immediately impressed by the amazing atmosphere! The music was great and the lighting was just right. The young man who seated us was very friendly, and our waiter was attentive and also very welcoming. The food was excellent, with generous portions and reasonable prices! We will definitely be going back!
