Starbucks - Corpus Christi

I am here several times and the staff is always great. However, when I ordered an icy drink with light ice and no whip in a venti size, they left 1 3/4 extra space in the beaker. it's a little disappointing, but everything I got from here has always cost well.

They never get my order right. I ask for only 2 pumps of roast and they always put extra or all 4 pumps?

The staff was friendly, but the wait was unacceptable. I would recommend avoiding the drive-thru due to slow service. The restaurant was lacking in milk alternatives.

I went through the drive-thru and the girl working at the window assured me she would be right with me. However, she mentioned they were short-staffed, which made me wait for 10 minutes with a line of cars behind me. I only wanted one coffee and couldn't believe it took so long. Please improve your multitasking skills, staff.

Although the location states that dine-in is an option, it is currently only offering drive-thru service. I found it frustrating to wait in a long line and waste gas, especially since I prefer to sit and enjoy my coffee. If they are no longer allowing customers to linger, there are plenty of other coffee shops with better options for both coffee and wifi.
