Nice bakery. Great pastries, and different kinds of fruit cakes. Exorbitant prices. For instance, about 22 dollars for a mini fruitcake. Most stuff you don't need. Good bathrooms.

Very small, but great selection. The brownies are amazing as are the white chocolate chip cookies. They didn't have slices of fruitcake but they had samples. I feel like the samples need to be a bit bigger to get an accurate taste. I couldn't bring myself to spend $22 on a mini with the tiny portion I tasted as I've never had fruitcake before.

Pecan pie was only half filled? I received this as a gift or it would have been returned. Collin Street Bakery promptly deleted my 1 star review off of their website.I wonder how many other 1 star reviews they have deleted???

I placed an order on November 6 2022 to be delivered on December 19 2022, so I would have them by Christmas. Yesterday my order was still in processing. I called them and they said there was an issue with PayPal. I told them that my PayPal account and bank account state that the payment went through on November 7 2022. They said a supervisor would call me. I waited 3 hours and called them back. They said that only a supervisor could help and that she wasn't in the building and may have already gone home for the day. I never received a call. Today I left messages on their chat lines and emails and they didn't respond to any of them. I am not mad because they made a mistake. I am mad because they are doing nothing to solve it. I can forgive mistakes, but I can not accept such horrible customer service.
