H-e-b Bakery - Corsicana

People are important. At this pharmacy, individuals are at the center of every decision and action taken – no other place cares more. Until today, I hadn’t realized that I was just part of a quota. After a decade of using the same pharmacy, it’s surprising that they would run out of the same medication for two consecutive months. The statement on their main page suggests that they’ve already met their quota for this medication, yet they offer no real solutions is disappointing. While one month of being out of stock can be understandable, two months in a row indicates that the issue was never properly addressed the first time.

HEB Corsicana is wonderful during the day, but our experience at night was disappointing. We visited this evening and faced poor customer service. Maria was bagging our groceries and carelessly tossing them into the cart while chatting with a coworker, whom I believe was named Bariza. It felt as though they were totally unaware of our presence. I had to scramble to rearrange our bags in the cart as she continued to toss in more, causing our chips and produce to get crushed. I felt ignored the entire time. The entire checkout experience was like this, and they never uttered a word to us. When I finally brought it up, they offered us a number to complain and mentioned that they were just discussing work matters. I wondered why they couldn’t provide quality customer service and address work issues somewhere other than the checkout lanes.

I strongly advise against buying crawfish from this place. I purchased 12 pounds and unfortunately, every single one was dead. For those who may not know, cooking dead crawfish can lead to severe food poisoning. This is the worst place to buy crawfish!!!!

This review does don't reflect the staff there, as I only interacted with one person (the cashier) and she was friendly......this review is due to the store's condition. First off, I'm visiting here from another part of Texas and I LOVE my H‑E‑B, it is so clean, the people are so nice and friendly, everything is stocked, and this has been my experience at every H‑E‑B I've been to......except this one......I came in really late, maybe less then an hour before they closed......the outside looked nice, like your typical H‑E‑B, but the inside looks NOTHING like any of the ones I've gone to......the store had a weird, unpleasant smell to it, things were not stocked properly or at all, there were large gaps in numerous aisles, nearly all the fridges for the drinks by the cash registers were either nearly empty or had drinks laying down, not organized, just all over the place........It's obvious this store is old and is past due for a remodel, but it was also painfully obvious that the management here just couldn't care less and took no pride in keeping their store nice.........the Walmart down the road looks WAY better and ofcourse has better prices.....until H‑E‑B and the management of this location decide to step up their act, I'll be shopping at Walmart when I'm here.

HEBs own line of products are always good..... they put alot into their research and development and it shows. Their line of gluten free products are amazing.
