The employee refused to cook the desert I requested. She was loud and obnoxious when her co- worker said to make the order. She then said no she's not making it. Rude.

I am writing this review to express my profound disappointment and frustration with the recent visit to your establishment. Today, I had an incredibly frustrating experience that compelled me to cancel my order and leave without receiving any service. After placing my order, it took me 15 minutes to drive to your Subway location. Upon arriving at the drive-through window, I was told to hold on, and I patiently waited for an additional 20 minutes without any acknowledgement or updates on the delay. My attempts to call out for attention went unnoticed, adding to my frustration. At the drive-through window, another employee seemed entirely indifferent to my presence. Despite her action of grabbing a cup, she failed to communicate or acknowledge my order. After waiting for about 3 minutes, I decided to drive to the front and walked into the store to inquire about my order. The staff member explained that the microphone was malfunctioning and they were busy, yet five people were working the counter, none of whom were available to address customers at the drive-through window. Unfortunately, this level of disorganization and lack of responsiveness is not an isolated incident. My wife faced a similar ordeal about two weeks ago when she waited for approximately 5 minutes at the drive-through without anyone taking her order. She had to call the restaurant 's number for attention and place her order over the phone while still waiting in the drive-through line. Subsequently, she endured another 10 minutes of waiting for someone to come to the window to pay. Although the employee eventually apologized and offered her order for free, the overall experience reflects poorly on your establishment 's work ethic and training procedures. I was saddened to see that other customers also left due to the prolonged wait time, which highlights the severity of the issue.
