Best BBQ in Texas the sign reads. How I had hoped. We ordered at 4:30 a rack of ribs, a pound of sausage and a chopped beef sandwich with tater salad, and 2 drinks. At 4:51 we finally got our food. The place wasn 't busy. In fact, there was onlyone other couple there. I asked them if it was taking a while because they had to warm it up. They actually said yes! So, afterwaiting 21 minutes for simple BBQ, that should be kept in a warming oven, I got COLD pork ribs. The sausage was lukewarm butcut incorrectly. Anyway spending $57 for warmed up leftovers out of the fridge is ridiculous!

We always stop for iced tea but on occasion I am allowed a pile of brisket and pulled pork. Both very good but order fatty parts if that is what you prefer. Cole slaw good as greens, burgers. Enjoy.

I had the street tacos with chicken on flour tortillas. They were very good as was the side order of beans. Only thing is be aware there is no air conditioning this is open air covered outdoor seating basically and it's very hot right now.
