Írjon visszajelzéstWe came here for a meal at one of the hottest days of the year and not surprisingly wanted to sit all outside on the amply shaded terrace. as full, there was a wonderful atmosphere further revived, when two musicians stood up to serenade...all the service was friendly, helpful, efficient and well terminated, suggestions were made that we both enjoyed. the food was nice, we both had awakened from the sea, a fish I had never eaten, but it was cooked and garnished. the tarte tartin was delicious. the local white wine, which perfectly accompanied the meal, was favorable. Even at 10:30 a.m. when we were gone, it remained quite busy very unschweizer! a beautiful evening.
It’s my first time to experience fillet de perche. It was delicious especially on the first bite. The serving was probably a bit too much for me as I was struggling to swallow with the buttery grease at the end. Overall, it was good!
Very good restaurant in Cortaillod, if you want eat a very good persic fish with fries or rice this is the right place. In general good prices and quality. Also the service was exellent. Green light!
I’ve been going to Buffet du Tram in Cortaillod for ages, and it’s always buzzing. Seriously, it’s like a little piece of Paris right here with its lively, noisy vibe – no music needed. Just a heads up, it’s super popular, so make sure you book a table in advance. Parking’s usually easy to find, but it can get packed. Inside, it’s always full but in a good, lively way. The staff are amazing, even when it’s super busy. They’re quick and always friendly, which just adds to the whole experience. Now, let’s talk food – the filet de perche is my go-to, especially with boiled potatoes (though loads of folks swear by their handmade fries). They’ve got a bunch of other great stuff too, using local ingredients, and the desserts are worth saving room for. Plus, they’ve got this nice selection of local wines that really hit the spot. Honestly, Buffet du Tram is just a great place to hang out and enjoy some good food. It’s got this great, bustling vibe that keeps me coming back. Definitely give it a try if you haven’t yet!”
The perch fillets, a classic but very good, with the addition of a little tartar sauce that we asked for. For dessert, gourmet coffee and tarte tatin, a delight. And the staff, very friendly.
