I am so very happy that the Green Arch is open again. It is a treasured institution for Cortland. I lived in Italy for 12 years, but the Green Arch is still my all time favorite restaurant. For decades, my family has celebrated our birthdays there and has gone there any time we wanted a wonderful meal. Last week, we had a surprise birthday party for my husband. Even though we had a big group, everything was delicious, and our every need was catered to perfectly. I love that the original decor has been preserved. Chicken Parm, Veal Parm, Stuffed Shells, Linguine Clams in White Sauce, Pasta Primavera, Spaghetti Meatballs, cannolis, tiramisu and, of course, an Old Fashioned. Everything was amazing. Especially the service.
