Pontillo's Pizzeria Cortland

As not from the area and our Airbnb hosts have the place we decided to try it. The food was great. We have views of the local(?bc southern accents in Upstate NY, but it is what it is. They were super nice, made sure we had what we needed and the food was AWESOME!

Food was phenomenal. Quality looked fresh and food was still hot! Pizza tasted great and there wasn't too much grease. Wings were great as ever. Delivery service was fast. Will definitely order again in the future.

Great pizza if you can pick it up, not great if it 's delivery, due to the standard delivery time of 1 hour, resulting in a mostly soggy pizza crust, no matter the thickness. The wings are tasty. Photo is of 'easy money ' super thin crust, which really isn 't that thin.

The food was amazing! The best Alfredo I have ever had! The only downside was our knifes were dirty. The decor of the restaurant was super nice.

Long time customer My Order was Delivered 45 minutes before closing. As my wife and I normally do, we ordered amongst other things, our favorite pizza A mild chicken wing pizza medium size 18$)To our shock the pizza was Disgusting and Unedible, burnt to the point of not being able to identify what was on this pizza, the chicken wing sauce was saturated all the way threw making the top of the pizza burnt and the bottom soggy! I Called today to notify the manager as they had closed shortly after delivering my order. I was told I was going to get nothing but a $5 credit for my next order. This is after being told due to it being the following day I was not entitled to anything but still was asked by the woman who answered the call what is it I 'm looking to get out of this!? I was dumbfounded and shocked that this is how I 'm being treated because I am calling the following day due to them closing. Disappointed customers that won 't be ordering from them again. A company not willing to stand by the products they serve is a company that is not worth ordering food from!
