4 Spirits Distillery - Corvallis

The smoked chicken sandwich is a worthy winner. beautiful place to enjoy a sunset, inside or outside. in register. bus your own tables. many of them sitting outside.

The food was delicious, and I loved the theme. I tried the beef dip sandwich, super tasty, and a sampler of their spirits. It was my first time in and asked them to surprise me. They provided a spiced rum, a habanero spiced rum, an American whiskey, and a single malt whiskey. They were all good, the American Whiskey was probably my favorite of the four, but I would like to go back and try their dark rum.

I updated my review after my second visit. our food arrived on time. I had the hummus plate... it was a nice portion for a strapping tab like me? a word to the wise, they keep an eye for their pint, as they may not hear that it called about the beautiful dune. this is a nice place to eat/drink al fresco. due to the orientation of the building, most of the shadows had gone around 630p, so I would advise them to plan accordingly. there are some parking spaces (including wheelchairs) in front of location and overflow parking along the road. the distillery is next to the taphouse, so I guess that parking at high loudspeakers could be difficult. they offer a limited selection of beer/chid in addition to their extensive mixed drinks and distilled products. I went for a taste flight of a bourbon, a whisky and two different arounds. the rehearsals were a leak with inviting rays and stratified aromes. the menu is creative pub fare. I was impressed by the riders, but my sandwich was forgotten. a few people in our party chose the nasalat and it looked quite delicious. we were a group of six today. two people in our party did not get their food, as their orders were apparently not communicated with the kitchen. while the server have done their best to the case, it caused us, more of a parallel meal, since two of us were finished with our meals before the rest of the food came. this last aspekt is what influenced my assessment most.

Only way. hwy 99, this place has great eating, drinks, atmosphere and a great view! excellent selection of delicious meals. generous portions and very reasonable prices. cocktails are skillful and creative. they enjoy food from partnerships with local farmers and producers. indoor and outdoor dining, racing games, tables, bar seating. good for groups of all sizes.

On a Sunday, great atmosphere, both inside and outside, had their chicken waffles, which are covered in a spiced rum-flaze and hot sauce, w/ a Bourbon cocktail on the side. delicious! I also know that they donate part of their sales from their bourbon whisky to local programs that help veterans and their families with reintegration support. we're back!
