Fantastic restaurant with wonderful grill meat simply and authentically presented. large steak tartar, followed by amazing kalbs costata so delicate and tastefully coupled with large local sud-tirol wein definitiw best meal in 2 weeks in corvara and that is, something because the standard here is very high. real Italian cuisine.

We have a very warm reception in this restaurant and eating was excellent. a series of local foods, but with grilled food a speciality. I had lamb cuts, perfectly cooked and seasoned, possibly the best I ever had. the restaurant had a great atmosphere and the service was friendly and attentive, although they were very busy. no hesitation in the recommended when they are in corvara

We have eaten in a part of the hotel tambra, la stube. it was our second time there. they really have ladin cucina, typical of alta badia. it was good, but only that. risotto was too salty and was carved with kartoffel salad that was not good. Tagliata...was beautiful and pasta maltagliati with very tasty sauce.

I would only recommend if they are meat lovers and not really hungry. pasta size was too small to kill hunger and taste was too average to order a little more. I have tried pasta with mönchen and not recommend it, but my friends who. flesh options were thrilled.

Andrea is a God amongst men he recommended some choice cuts of meat for us to try (15 of us, inc kids) cooked to perfection on their charcoal grill. Wow, what a meal well seasoned, beautifully cooked and presented...and the wine was great...and reasonable at 23 €. Andrea looked after us so well we came back! Thoroughly recommended Mick Hucknall likes it too....
