What a cool spot! You can't miss it, definitely stop. It's a fun place to eat in the bus or outside. The smoker went and it smells SO GOOD!! They do everything from scratch, even their veggie burgers (yum! Everything was super fresh and delicious. Smoked cakes, homemade soup, tea and lemonade, burgers and sandwiches. Also the crowned greens are super delicious. It is good to know that they have vegetarian options for those they want. People were really nice and friendly. I can't say enough good things, it was a great experience. And also unexpectedly what makes the best times!

WOW was this place good. Doc has cooked us any kind of pork that you can imagine and will taste as fresh as you ever. The baked beans were one of a kind and collar top notch. Everything even smoked the cakes, and it's wonderful. The staff is so friendly and friendly. Dogs are treated like kings. You'll be so happy you came by!

Quirky small street side BBQ place with great food and super beautiful owners. Meat is smokey, but not too smokey. Even their desserts are made in the smoker. Very much value to the stop if you are near the Greenbrier area of Smokies.

Docs is a hidden gem! It is by far the best food we had during our trip to TN. Everything was fresh and delicious, including the Veggie Burger. My husband said the BBQ was excellent! The owner and the staff were super friendly and treated our dog like a royal. It is obvious that they care so much about the quality of food and customer experience. This place is a must! Even if you like candy, try the smoked pecan pie! They won't be disappointed.

If you see Docs, make sure you stop! We had the shoulder pork, as a sandwich and alone. Absolutely tasteful! And let me tell you- the baked beans sweet tea are the best in all of Gatlinburg! Must try docs! We ate inside the school bus
