Tim’s is my fav place to go. The Kayla girl stalks Tim Hortons. Must’ve been a busy night cause nobody parks in the handicap spots, 5 stars all around

My ice coffee was made the way I like it. Plus the customer service is fast and very polite. They get my order done with a smile and your on your way!

Employees park by the door so customers can't, door dash uses the handicap spots for pickups.Employees demonstrate mob mentality over nonsense, very unprofessional, and even threatening. I tried to call the number to report and use the app, but they froze my stuff so I can't make a formal complaint and the number left of these reviews is bogus, but I should have know that from the typo.Employee play on their phone and act bothered by customers wanting to place orders, and even refuse some people orders.They are always out of basic food items. Employees give away foods and drinks to people they like. ?My issue, I had sexual relationship (8years ago) with one of the employees current affairs. She didn't know, now she knows they won't serve me decently.I went in for a coffee with a friend when said employee was off work, the working employee called all the other employees in to attack and threatening me. Even saying I had to leave the lobby or they would have me forcefully removed. Which lawfully couldn't be done, cause I literally did nothing but drink coffee with a friend. The off duty employee tried to entice me to fightThey already spoke together to put a story together to give the district manager. Absolutely unreal. I feel like I'm in a tiktok story time ?I guess coffee connection will be getting my business, which is crazy because I have been going to this Tim's, even through the worst service, since 2005. Sometime even 3 times a day. ?Also I hear Roscoe has a new coffee shop in the back of Indian Bear Winery on Whitewomam St.I have also hear West Lafayette has a new coffee shop, The French Preas Café, I think it's on Railroad St, but I am not sure.

If I could give no stars I would. My mom and I have never been to a Tim Hortons and on Christmas eve we decided to try it out for the first time. We went inside and waited at the counter to be waited on. Employees kept walking by us and looking but wouldn't speak a word. After about five mins of standing there and listening to them talk about stocking, my mom asked the girls behind the counter if they weren't taking inside orders today and ALL THREE OF THEM flat out ignored us. I know they heard her. So needless to say we left and went somewhere else to spend money. I will never try a Tim Hortons now because of this experience. Big mistake.. Huge.
