Írjon visszajelzéstThe Family Special Two was quite disappointing. First of all, they don't honor the prices or food items advertised outside their restaurant. The orange chicken was essentially just fried batter in sauce with no meat whatsoever. The egg soup had a consistency reminiscent of runny nose mucus. I ordered meat chow mein and received none. Overall, I would suggest avoiding any place that advertises "Gross blood mong" on their menu.
I can't believe how disappointing this meal was! The chicken wings were barely the size of my finger and cold, especially considering the price! The sweet and sour chicken was also cold. On a positive note, the fried and white rice was still warm and tasty after I had to deal with the cold chicken. Honestly, it would be best to just remove the wings from the menu. What a shame!
I discovered this restaurant on Postmates, and the food is fantastic! It's now my go-to spot for Chinese cuisine.
Ordered from here via Uber Eats today. All dishes were spicy and salty. Does this place specialize in Chengdu flavors? 1) spicy eggplant good, but salty again, definitely need rice to go with 2) fried pork intestines too salty! Each piece was fried too much. 3) cumin lamb this was good, and spicy
The front sign should have said run away, but we trusted the 4 star average on Yelp. On a Friday night at 6:15 my party of 6 met here and there was zero people in the restaurant and no one at the counter. We had to talk loudly to get attention from the back. The server was nice enough, arranged a table and gave us our menus and water fairly quickly. The food took a while and was incomplete and some was cold. One of our friends food did not come and she had to track down the waiter and ask for her plate. My other friend asked for a braised shrimp plate and that the shrimp shells be removed. The plate arrived with overcooked shrimp with the shells on. I saw him fighting to take the shells off of every shrimp. My wife had a seafood soup which had 6 little shrimp and all noodles with nothing else (not much of a seafood soup . I had the cashew chicken which was cold and the sauce was very thick and way too sweet for cashew chicken. After the food was served the waiter disappeared twice and we had to track him down in the back twice for water and the check. This is with the place nearly empty. We eat Chinese food fairly often and we have been to quite a few Chinese restaurants.....this one definitely is on the do not return list.
