Sono stato a fare uno stage in questo ristorante e ho trovato il personale molto gentile, i prodotti di alta qualità e molto buoni. Consiglio vivamente di acquistare i loro prodotti.

Il pane è eccellente, sia quello fatto con la pasta madre che con la lievitazione probiotica. Quello preparato due volte alla settimana con la farina 'km 5' è davvero superlativo. Il personale è sempre gentile, ed è un piacere avere un negozio così vicino a casa!
