Arby's - Cottage Grove

Clean and tidy place. Burgers were so delicious. Staff was so kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

POOR MANAGEMENT. BAD ATTITUDE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Purchased two meals with upgrades, total of $23. One was the Diablo Meal, upgraded with Diablo fries. My daughter, who is an adult, only ate a few bites of the fries before the sauce literally burned her so badly that she had a swollen sore at the end of her tongue. We had not left the parking lot yet so we pulled through and asked if they would exchange the sandwich for a classic roast beef. We did not ask for a refund or an exchange on … – show

A little customer service and kindness goes a long way and this Arby’s definitely had it! Not mention to mention, a delicious roast beef sandwich and mozzarella sticks!

The staff are friendly and the shakes/fries are delicious.

Good food! Drive thru can be hella slow.. but they always get my order right and are friendly
