Írjon visszajelzéstThe manager of this Starbucks is not doing their job. This Starbucks is always out of product. No Apple, No Chai etc. There is no sign up )which would be the managers job) letting people know before they enter the drive through that they are out of product. So what happens is you get stuck sitting in the drive through even though you didn't order. You have to wait in the drive through just stuck there because people behind you. If this were my store I would be ordering product making sure we don't run out. Please bring in a new manager.
I come here often, and 20% of the time, I actually get what I order. They're either out of something or just make a mistake. Right now I'm sitting in the drive through for 20 minutes so far. They're out of what we wanted, so I'm wasting my time for nothing. I feel like they could put out a sign that the store is out of a popular item so it can be seen before you're trapped in a drive through. Management here doesn't seem to be proactive at all in employee training either.
Sad location, filthy, unorganized and the drinks aren't as good as any other location. Not alot of choices in Cottonwood but don't expect anything nice here. You can check all my other reviews, I don't write bad reviews unless they are deserved.
I come in every morning to get coffee and watch people come in and be so rude. These employees are working as fast as they are comfortable. People need to chill. Thank you starbs employees! Jame loves ya
Customer service is normally for the brand name. This could not have been more rude. Booming voice male (manager) Saturday August 13 2022 12:30ish refused to grind a bag of Starbucks coffee purchased at Costco. REASON IS IT IS NOT SAME COFFEE. I sorry??? U grind various flavors of coffee but Starbucks French Roast in a bag is not the same. BUYER BEWARE. I canceled my latte. Starbucks cottonwood is in need of some training.
