After waiting over an hour and a half for delivery, I called to check on the progress for the staff to be rude and unhelpful. They hung up the phone on me and the line has been busy since. AWFUL DO NOT EAT HERE! What a horrible horrible company! They don't deliver on time (waited 1.5 hours) they lie about why, and where you food is, one minute it's on its way, the next it's in the kitchen. They don't deliver one of the items without letting you know (so you might choose something else in it it's place) and then, here's the icing on the cake... They only give a partial refund! That's stealing for God's sake, I didn't get my onion bhaji OR the full money back for it! They hang up on you when you call to complain. They're SO rude. The food was TERRIBLE. And this is only what happened to me, tonight they've done the same thing to my Dad! After being hung up on several times over a 1. 5 hour period he never even got his food at all! Ordered delivery, I had to phone to ask 1.5 hours later where it was they asked if it were possible for me to fetch it. When they eventually delivered it it was the most disappointing curry ever.
