Boxer Barbeque - Council Bluffs

Plentiful amount of meat in the nachos and sandwich. The nachos had a ton of cheese but it needs to be spread out more instead of globs mounds in chips so the cheese is on more chips. The meat on the pulled pork was juicy and not dry. The waitress was really nice but didn't check up much on us for drink refills and such. They have parking on the side of the building.

This place is super yummy! Loved the pulled pork sandwich and baked beans. The mac and cheese was okay, could have had more flavor. The staff are friendly and doing a great job. Get the pig pen nachos also, they were a real treat.

Great BBQ and an awesome staff. Even though they were super busy when I went wait times weren't bad. I love their cornbread too. Stop in for lunch or dinner you won't regret it!!

I had dinner here with my wife. We both got the brisket sandwich. The two of us really enjoyed it. I got mine with mac n cheese and the spicy pickle mix. The mac n cheese was okay. The spicy pickle mix was good. It was a perfect side to go with the sandwich. Our server was nice and friendly.
