The customer service was great. The lady serving our table was really attentive and friendly. The food was not all that great, the main dishes were poor, in quality and portion size, however, the desserts were delicious.

Starter was leek and potato soup found this lacked taste. Mains was a burger for partner and chicken breast for me, partner disliked strange taste on chips and my chicken was cold. House wine not the best for £27

A wonderful experience for my 40th birthday. Lovely atmosphere, delicious food and fantastic customer service! Stacey even gave me a birthday card and some complimentary fudge! Very impressed, would definitely return.

Table booked for 7 p.m. but shortage of staff meant we weren't shown to our table for over 5 minutes. However, staff were then made available and things improved. Radisson Blu assume that everybody can access the menu by scanning a QR code, rather than by reading paper menus, for which we had to ask.

Menu choice was restricted with not a lot of variation to choose from. Would’ve liked more choice
