Not easy to find a good table in defense. The lounge is nice. the fierce and very international scenery. Moreover, it speaks much English in the restaurant room. The map is nice. Inside, gravlax-style salmon with carrots in all its states (small touches of carrot purée, swept in fagot, carrot snake), all seasoned with coriander and a scented vinaigrette of the best effect. Then, an angus beef rib for two, cooked perfectly with homemade fries and its small salad. the whole watered with a very good puilly-Fumé and a mercuryy no less good. short, a good business meal, in a cozy atmosphere, without too much noise, ideal to discuss. pleasant and thoughtful service.
This is the second time I have lunch, I get out with the same feeling and I'm a little surprised by the very praiseful comments on this restaurant. First of all, I had taken care to call at 12:15 to report that we would have some delay in my 12:30 reservation. I don't care. a phone call (a woman) at 12:50 p.m. from the restaurant to tell me that we had not arrived and that I had to confirm our coming! internal communication pb obviously, never very pleasant. otherwise the setting and the table were pleasant, the service rather attentive, but generally the dishes and desserts were only correct, really without more (one of my guests told me of a disappointing chicken) and overall not very copied. So in synthesis, a quality / price ratio a little disappointing. opinions totally shared by 2 of my guests.
A trendy decor and a nice staff. We enjoyed the bar net and its ratatouille, the wines are excellent though a little expensive, the black angus rumsteack paved was good but the potatoes grenailles disappointing and fades, a dish yet at 30€... fortunately the exceptional chocolate marrow makes us forget the false notes, for us the best we have eaten! unfortunately it is difficult to find parking close to the hotel, accessed by the delivery access in the basements, a little glaucosal at 23h.
Breakfasts in a gourmet and varied buffet. to be recommended, especially in the presence of a qualified staff.
