What a disappointment! Nothing to do with the beautiful copier plates visible on the pictures. The boss boasts to make home cooking live (and to speak he speaks! and if the intention is laudable, the result is clearly not there. The tiny salad not washed and not of the day (molle . And the meat plate with portions of meat not large (the rumsteack of the side table made max 4mm thick.... , and above all fries (badly cooked houses). That's a shame! When we make home cooking we try to do it well and very good, otherwise it disappoints... so bad grade. But the restaurant could be better without big effort: a little attention to the kitchen (a cooked magret with its fat washed so that the fat reduces and crispy, the fries can be precooked and plunged into a second bath to 190 degrees to warm them and make them crispy (and by taking it well there will be no gachi and it will be excellent. For the salad it would be enough to put a little more salad in the plate and some radish or other to raise and it does not cost anything. Finally a bit of music would put a friendly atmosphere (Musette style or old France for the atmosphere. And finally to the boss: stop bragging about cooking house, live, etc. I know cheaper restaurants (even if the price of the plates is correct and much better that do not brag and that yet cook live local products, fresh and well worked.
