Subway - Coushatta

I have only visited this restaurant once, and I was impressed by the friendly staff, the cleanliness of the establishment, and their strict policy requiring masks to be worn at all times.

The food was excellent, and the staff was very friendly. Service could have been quicker if there had been more than one person preparing sandwiches.

I ordered a meatball sub that ended up being burnt. I specifically requested it to be lightly toasted, but when I mentioned it was burnt, the staff member told me that’s how long it was supposed to be cooked. I don’t think burning it is the intended outcome! Also, there were only three small pieces of fresh spinach on the sandwich—very disappointing. They didn’t even offer to make a new one that wasn’t burnt. Overall, both the sandwiches and customer service need significant improvement!
