Bojangles - Covington

Came here on a Sunday around 10:30. I expect a little wait on a weekend. But it took over 30 minutes to get my food. They had no system to keep track of orders. Everyone was having to take their ticket back up there to show it to them to get their order. 5 people that came in after me got their food before me. When I told the worker she got an attitude with me but then I got my food and was missing 3 items. And season fries and no seasoning on them at all. Definitely terrible experience.

Great food and service. It just took longer than usual (maybe cause it was rush hour/after church hour) and they didn't have soft drinks available, only juice, coffee, and sweet tea that Sunday. Other than that, it was good.

Manager is rude and disrespectful. Order was wrong and walked away would not acknowledge to make it right. Didn’t care. Speaks to her employees rude like they are trash. Inside the restaurant is nasty. Water all over the floor. No tea in any of the containers. Drink machine is just running continuously. No one is trying to get up water off the floor or anything. If you white you are treated different also. So be prepared!

The food is always great but they need to change their hours online. I have been to this bojangles more than once hoping to get some breakfast in the morning only for them to still be closed and employees strolling in at 5:30 even though online it says they open at 5am Monday
