Los Cabos Mexican - Covington

This business don't ever have to worry about my business ever again. I been going there off and on silence. 1998 when I moved to Covington I called. Yesterday to place a Togo order and the very disrespectful employee hung up on me three times. I was trying to place an order for a wedding ceremony. She was ver disrespectful

Not at all as it used to be. Quite disappointed. Charged for using Credit Card. Ordered the Diablo Wings as an appetizer, 8 VERY small 'wings ' only 2 were drumettes and 5 carrot sticks. $11.95 I surely would have expected more. Plates definitely covered in rice/beans, my chicken burrito was void of flavor and it 's usual amount of eat. Husbands Burrito/Enchilada platter the same. Only 3 tables and service was lacking. We saw our waitress 3 times-spent more time waiting for her to come around to give us bill. Used to be our 'go to ' for Mexican. Now, we 'll be looking for a new local place.

1) I was charged a 3.5% service charge for using my credit card How common is this in 2021 ??? As I havent been going out much? 2) $3.00 For Glass Of Diet Coke and $3.50 for Lemonade with Splash Strawberry...... 3) My friend asked for Sour Cream to Add to Her Entree....Received a Dish Containing 3 x What Was Needed for $1.75 Charge Will NOT Be returning

Dirty, dirty, dirty! Not sure what happened to this place but it's mess now. Store-bought tortillas, brown, hard chips, and mediocre food. The worst part: food splatters all over the wall near our table!!! Now I know why nobody goes here anymore.

First of all-I want to write a review because I love the service and food. Everything we order is amazing-the presentation ,flavor and freshness is always present. Beautiful clean atmosphere and excellent service. By far the best Mexican food in the area. They really care about every aspect of your dining experience. Its hard for me to believe someone would write a negative review about them-because our experience is always over the top!! Not to many Restaurants where you can pick anything on the menu and love it!!!
