Sonic Drive-in - Covington

All around the worst experience I've ever had. Ordered 2 milkshakes but they only charged us for the one, even though we double checked making sure they heard us and they said yes. They didn't get my chocolate shake after we payed. Then both females my man and I dealt with there were very unwelcoming. not to mention my chocolate shake IS VANILLA. We won't ever be going back to this location.

Ordered 2 shakes, 15 minutes later and 9 customers later, we had to push the button to remind them that we were there. Finally got our shakes. Kind of disappointing. The shakes were good, but it just took a while...

Slow to get my food, but pricing was okay! The waitress was friendly and the food was great.Kid-friendliness: great kids menu

This location is terrible and the manager is rude and unkind. This location reflects poorly on the Sonic brand. The also have no care or concern about the community they serve.

Food was very cold and kind of stale tasting; service took a good while (no other people there); and the staff wasn't friendly at all.
