Good gumbo, but promised 'best beignets in town ' were really bad — very dense, and the shrimp cocktail was oversalted, etc.

If you’re staying at the hotel, this is a pleasant option. But I probably wouldn’t make a specific trip to dine here if I wasn’t staying at the hotel (or at a work dinner, like I was).

We went for dinner with another couple; it wasn't busy at all. We don't mind paying the prices expected at The Ritz but the service was terrible. We never had the opportunity to order drinks, couldn't get refills on our water, we had to go ask someone for salt and pepper because we couldn't get anyone's attention, and they never even asked how our food was. Simply wonderful in every department. The best Christmas dinner experience, delicious food, pleasant ambiance and attentive service. Thank you so much to all at M-Bistro for making my families Christmas truly memorable.

Very nice vibe, the food was awesome…and the staff was amazing all week! Upscale bar!
