Mcdonald's - Cozumel

Very pleasantly surprised by the cool staff and how well-run this particular franchise was. Just want to warn anyone who values their automobile suspension and or tires to stay off edinborough st! Craters everywhere!

Quick because line was short, food always consistent.

The attitude of employees needs a dramatic adjustment. There is a definite discriminate behavior towards customers, (reverse discrimination) along with the violent behavior between employees, is horrible. Felt like my life was at risk, lack of security, lighting, efficiency, etc.. It's an I don't care, I can do what I want. Cold food, to much ice in drinks, overall a disappointment. No assistance in social media. Not the McDonald's I grew up with. Sad situation. I do love McDonald's not … – show

Fear for my safety when I visit this McDonalds. Workers always seem like they are on the verge of brawling. Ice cream machine literally always down.
