The American Sports Saloon - Cozumel

Good locals bar with great drinks. Had the best chicken tenders ever. It's not your tourist style joint, but I would recommend it for a change of pace from the crazy!

The chicken wings were undercooked and ******!!! Charged us $20 to watch the UFC fight but TVs stopped playing during the main card. The bartender made the owner aware, and he took several minutes to come out of his “office” to troubleshoot. The staff continued to charge patrons for the fight despite the technical difficulties. There was a pitbull presumably belonging to the owner that barked continuously behind a closed door. Worst experience of my weekend in NOLA!

This was a perfect game day spot! It’s an old school sports bar with great tvs and wonderful service. We were really impressed with the number and quality of the tvs. Tony provided great service and made us feel right at home. The food is bar food- no surprises here. But the chicken tenders were fresh and hot, and the wings had a great flavor. Overall a great place for any sports watching.

This place was perfect to watch a game. Plenty of TVs but the best part was how welcome they made you feel. Rebecca was all smiles and Jimmy such a sports bar host, have not seen this since the sitcom Cheers. It has been a long time since we enjoyed a game this much even though our team got there butts kicked. Food was good and drinks excellent, esp the ****** Mary. Thanks for making this such a friendly bar.

This is the best soccer bar I've found in New Orleans. They have virtually every game because the owner has all the apps, subscriptions and channels you could think of. Great atmosphere, and friendly staff. A wonderful place to watch any game.
