Írjon visszajelzéstWe were looking for a place to get a quick bite when we walked by this place. The bartender was outside working on the sign and said they are the best burgers in town. It was sure good! We got it with the potato salad which was delicious. I am picky about potato salad. Since it was just coming up on noon we beat any crowd but this place felt like a neighborhood bar in the middle of French Quarter.
Great little hole in the wall with fantastic food. The exact kind of place a foodie hopes to find in their travels. I think when they were going to open this place the cook was like, “look, I do two things and I do them well.” And boy, he wasn’t kidding. This was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. It has an insane crust on it and is full of crazy flavor. The baked potato was pretty damn good too and the two guys who were working there when we went were incredibly nice. Definitely come here when you’re in New Orleans if you’re looking for a good burger. And don’t worry what the menu says, you can get a burger without the potato for $15.Vegetarian options: The potato.
Great place to get a burger and get away from the hustle and bustle of bourbon street with a dive bar fill. $20 for an 8 oz. burger, all burgers come medium well (still juicy) and served with a baked potato as a side. Bartender was friendly and patient.
We were offered a burger and a spud. Both having a few options. The food was okay. The burger was a bit over done for me, and the potato under baked. Neither were something that would make me recommend the place or come back. My other half and I both agree that you probably should come drunk, or prepared to drink to enjoy the place. We were neither drunk, or planning to drink. The staff was friendly and the place itself cozy.
1st trip to NOLA, friend recommended spot to have lunch, got off the plane from NYC, was first stop. So friendly, GREAT BURGER and baked potatoes also have so many local recommendations! Will definitely be back next trip to NOLA :
