Burger King - Craigavon

This place should be shut down. Last 3 times have been shocking. Order is wong everytime. 1st time, the food was cold, to which I got blank looks and another burger made inside 2 minutes which was even colder, the Bap was literally out of the bridge it was cold. 2nd time they sold me chili cheese bites, which NO cheese... see pictures. They also gave my burger to the car in front, who had ordered a chicken burger, the girl was standing in front of me saying hopefully he doesnt notice and drives on .... he noticed!! then when he opened it in front of her, shje confirmed it was my burger and tried to wrap it up and give it to me! I had to reminder A that it was just opened and touched by someone else and B were in the middle of a pandemic. and thid time same girl didnt give me my burger when I ordered a whooper meal... and claimed I only ordered a chip and a drink??! How this place is still in business baffles me.

Went to drive thru as it wasn't busy Ordered the Argentinian Angus meal it cost £8.99 and for what it was it was vastly overpriced. Now I know why its usually empty when you pass with prices like that I'm not surprised. 29 fries was exactly what I got and a burger that looked nothing like the picture on the menu board plus a coke that was half filled with ice. I hope they keep that money safe cause its the last they will ever get from me You would need a bank loan to bring kids in there

This must be one of the worst Burgerking outlets in the country! I rarely go unless I have to but today is the last time I’ll be back there, the place is run by young kid’s unsupervised or if it is it’s by someone who hasn’t an idea how to manage a fast food outlet! We cued for 15 minutes before our order was taken as there was only one till open, we waited another 15 minutes for our food which was called out from behind the counter like a cattle market, dispite having asked the staff 3 times for the fans to be turned off we had to sit and eat our food in very cold conditions which cooled our food down to it wasn’t enjoyable to eat. No social distancing at all people tramping all over each other trying to get in and out. So today was the last for us at burger King in craigavon…

Waiting for the food 30m, order wasn't put through. No offer of reduced price of meal. Only refund. Terrible staff carrying on in the office kitchen

Burger King in Craigavon was lovely food. Had to wait a while but worth waiting to get hot food. A bit more expensive than McDonalds but def better food.
