Mcdonald's - Craigavon

Slow. Unhelpful staff. No apologies. I was waiting 20 minutes in the drive-thru queue to then be told to drive into the car park and wait on them bringing my order out to me. I then had to sit and watch cars drive through the drive-thru collecting their orders as normal. Order finally arrived and it was cold. I can’t give any less than 1 star.

So ordered through the McDonald's app for delivery big tasty meal and a happy meal. 40mins later delivery arrives fair enough Friday night bound to be busy shame the happymeal for my 5 year old was missing. Rang McDonald's Rushmere hung up on several times, rang ubereats told it was McDonald's mistake and to take it up with them...now 19.57 and I'm being bounced between ubereats and McDonald's trying to blame eachother...let's face it how hard is it to check and order on a receipt before handing it to the driver. If I could give 0 stars I would it's an absolute joke you hire ubereats to deliver them it is your responsibility McDonald's to make sure that order is correct.

I specifically asked for no bacon on my burger . The person who took my order put me on hold and confirmed that they do no bacon spicy big tasty and then whe. I received the burger it had bacon on it. I right away returned it at the window and then they made me wait such a long time. No apology and no acknowledgement. I was out for lunch and only had 20 mins for my lunch which was wasted in changing the burger and the hassle . I am so not happy as nobody acknowledge that they made a mistake, nobody apologised and I suspect the bacon was removed and the same burger was given back to me. So dissatisfied with my experience

Drive Thru efficiency is shocking. 2 plain chicken mayos and had to park up for 15 mins. Everyone else getting big orders without the need to park up. 20 mins later still No food. Had to walk in to get the food as they did not see my jeep (which was parked on a dedicated bay). Shocking altogether.

Very busy just before 2pm I was order number 10 to , take out I happened to say to the workers behind the counter no cheese in my burger two workers said to me it's too late oh my .
