Mayworth's Public House - Cramerton

Rating: ★★★☆☆ I had different expectations going in. I visited this place a few years ago and wasn't very impressed then either. My partner and I were looking for a new spot for Sunday brunch, but we're still on the hunt. We started with the fried shrimp, which I'm not a fan of, but my partner loves them, so we ended up with a large serving. If you're into pickles, you might enjoy it. We took some home with us. I ordered the Texas Cheesesteak without onions or peppers because I'm curious about the meat on its own. Unfortunately, it didn’t impress me. Without the onions and peppers, the meat and cheese on the Texas-style toast were quite bland. I personally don’t like the texture of those ingredients, so I’d recommend avoiding this dish if you have allergies to them. My partner built his own burger but was also left unimpressed. We both agreed that the highlight of the meal was actually the pickles—well, at least for him. On a positive note, our server was attentive. After a less-than-stellar experience the night before, we were eager to enjoy a night out, and the staff did a great job keeping us hydrated. The food arrived hot, and the atmosphere was pleasant; we never felt rushed, even though the restaurant was crowded.

The ambiance, the team, and the cuisine were all excellent. Our waitress, Trinity, was incredibly friendly and well-informed about the menu. We received fantastic service and enjoyed delicious food. We arrived for dinner just after 5 PM, and by 6:10, the restaurant was quite crowded. I recommend going early.

I dined at this restaurant twice, and both times the service and overall experience were excellent. On my second visit, I tried the food, and it was absolutely delicious!

Was in the mood for Ahi Tuna, this came up on my maps and upon entering Kim the bartender greeted me immediately ! Kim was fast , kind and prompt. Told me what beer specials they had and placed the menus in front of me immediately.. I?m ordered A cosmopolitan and it was delicious?and made immediately, I never had to wait even tho Kim had customers ?.. asked me what condiments I wanted for my lunch? I WILL BE A REGULAR PLEASE TIP YOUR BARTENDERS, and Servers? ! Great service deserves a tip larger than $5 !
