The wing sauces are fantastic, but the wings themselves are consistently soggy and the skin is rubbery. It would be great if you could make them crispy like many other wing places do. I suspect that wrapping the Styrofoam container tightly in plastic wrap might be causing them to steam, which prevents them from achieving that crispiness. Also, using significantly less sauce would improve the experience; a light glaze is much more enjoyable than having the wings swimming in sauce. If you could get the wings crispy, they would be outstanding!

You forgot my ranch and celery. And I wasn't supposed to be charged for delivery fee. I have Amazon prime. I ordered directly through the directions. Please refund me for this inconvenience. I have breast cancer and had a chemo treatment. I wanted to try to eat

It’s been awhile since i been to bsb, but DAMN those wings were so good they make you slap your mama!!! Glad to hear there’s new ownership . BSB in cranberry is the new favorite restaurant in cranberry . Clean , super nice staff and better than ever . thanks guys will see you again next week .

The wings and fries here are absolutely delicious! You can only mix flavors with larger orders of wings, but that's not a problem. The boneless wings are wonderfully crispy. The service is quick, but keep in mind they only accept cash unless you place an order through an online service like Grubhub. This has definitely become our new favorite local wing spot!

Ordered a salad. Iceberg lettuce was crisp and well proportioned with the other ingredients. The tomatoes were fresh, tasty and really made the salad. Other ingredients were shredded mozzarella, just the right amount of sliced red onions, crisp green peppers and house made ranch dressing on the side. I ordered boneless wings which were incredible. The house made wet ranch and the wet honey mustard were amazing. Great care was taken to line the containers with foil, add additional sauce and wrap each of the wing containers with plastic wrap. I can’t wait to order again. Very friendly staff. Clean retail area and what I could see into the kitchen. Will be ordering again very soon. Yum!!!
