Save-on-foods - Cranbrook

I found that this Save on Foods is pretty good. I've been to many Save on Foods in different cities, and this one ranks in my top 5. The produce look pretty good and fresh, meat selection had what I needed, and the cashier I had was friendly and funny. Will return next time I'm in town

Misty was my cashier, she had a really positive attitude and had a big smile. She has great customer service skills and is a true asset to your business!???

I showed up with my shopping bags and placed a bright green bag on the counter with groceries as Amritnoor had already started ringing items through. I brought my bag around the front and asked her if I had to pack them myself or if she packed them. She informed me that I should have had the bags ready before she started ringing them thro. I informed her that I have muscle weakness and that I move a bit slow and had to load all of my groceries on counter before reaching down to get my bags and asked her if she realized that I was pushing a walker and am disabled. She remained stone faced throughout and started loading my bags and pushed two very heavy bags a cross the counter for me to struggle with, while she got ready for the next customer. As I left I told her that perhaps she'd understand when she becomes old and maybe gets a disability but I was speaking to myself. Disheartening experience. I won't be returning to Saveon.

Asked about customer service as I had a question. Cashier said there is no customer service. When I asked her the question, she said she didn't know and probably no one else would either. Then ignored me, like I didn't exist. Definitely NO customer service and rude staff.

Went today to buy some groceries. Daniela was extremely rude. She needs to change her behaviour and treats every customer equally. Really disappointing. If i could give 0 star for her service then i would. She needs to finish her training again before she works as a cashier.
