Service is going down hill fast here , waited 45 min for 2 drinks and a bagal. Was much better about a yr ago

I love the food and the coffee is amazing but when is order food take for ever I Oder two sandwich and take about 20 minutes to make it

2 stars given not for the coffee which is actually really good, but for the side of attitude it comes with. Particularly from the elderly blonde woman, who on the 2 times I've been, offered snarky comments when ordering my coffee. They have the audacity to ask for a tip?! Maybe this is just the culture of Rude Awakenings. I've had the same experience at their Johnston location as well. I'd rather get my coffee somewhere else.

Hot latte wasn't hot enough. Cookie was really good. Too pricey for my taste though. Nice place to study.

Nice place, lot of space to sitting in. I tried a Cafe Mocha and it wasn't that bad. I'm coming to try a Latte. Bathrooms are clean and the store in general. Prices.. well, now a day everything is expensive. It is a luxury to eat out.
