Black Swan - Crawley

The service was extremely disappointing, as we waited over an hour and a half for our meal.

First visit and found it friendly with good choice and tasty food.

We have been visiting the Swan regularly for about 7 years (probally paid them a packet too). The food selection is good and the staff where possible will help to vary the menu if at all possible (exchange chips for mash). We like it because the pub area is very seperate from the resturant. On the whole the food is good as is the service. We vist about 2 x per month.

Since discovering the Black Swan last year, my family and I have visited it many times and have always had a good experience. I have recommended the venue to a number of friends, who in turn have recommended it to their friends.

Service and food was absolutely dreadful . Will not be going back for a while
