Wagamama - Crawley

There was a bit of a snake outside, but we were quickly welcomed, said a rough waiting time and gave free green tea through the cold. we believe that the girl who took care of the queue was a new member of the staff and she was incredible! very friendly, helpful and accommodating. we were served by dave and he was amazing, so friendly, alive and gave us so good thoughts and recommended. the restaurant was so busy, but we did not like that the staff was in panic or haste, everything was very smooth.

Queue wasn't too long to get in, really good food but it took a long time for someone to put down our order and no one responded to our request for condiments until asked for again. That being said, it was Father's day and we came at around lunchtime, so probably more busy than usual. Overall, a lovely place, would recommend.

I am very impressed with the high-quality food and service. I will definitely be visiting again! Miguel, who served us, was friendly and efficient, and the food was absolutely amazing. The environment was clean and tidy. I can't even begin to describe the desserts—they were an explosion of flavor! I can't wait to try something else next time! Wagamama is a great choice if you're looking for quality service, delicious food, and a clean atmosphere!

The fresh boiled dishes here are delightful! It's unfortunate that not the entire menu was available due to staffing issues, but the vegan options were still fantastic. Everything was flavorful and reasonably priced.

I had a fantastic experience at Wagamama. Although I ordered takeout, the customer service I received while I waited was outstanding. The atmosphere was wonderful, and the presentation of the food was incredible, with delightful aromas. I truly believe it was the best meal I've had in a long time, and it was definitely worth the price.
