Lobby still closed?! we drive a larger vehicle and sometimes it is hard to navigate the height of the drive thru. So I have to hang up on the side of the running gear to order, pay and/or get our food. only a great inconvenience if they want to go and sit to enjoy their lunch. the new normality is still abnormal!

The dining experience was mediocre. They overlooked the special offers on the shrimp and didn't pay enough attention to the delicate dish. The wait was quite long, as it appeared they could only process one order at a time before moving on to the next customer. Additionally, the road leading out of the restaurant is in poor condition, with a massive pothole that you can't miss!

I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant. The staff member in front, who was not courteous or communicative, took my order but failed to include a bag with my chicken sandwich. After I had eaten everything else, I waited for about 10 minutes for the manager to come and ask what I was waiting for. I observed the staff during this time, hoping they would notice that I had been standing there for 10-15 minutes without assistance. It's essential for a good manager to be aware of their team's performance, but unfortunately, this experience left me feeling frustrated. They really need to improve their staff training.

I had to wait about 5 minutes before I could drive up to the window to pick up my chicken sandwich. There were 3-4 employees working, so I’m not sure what caused the delay. When I finally received my spicy chicken sandwich, it was soggy. But that's okay.

Small chicken pieces, biscuits way overcooked dry, 40 minutes in drive thru? Managers are rude when you call. They need to buy some of the parking lot that's not being used next to them and extend their drive thru or open up inside. Masks have been removed by Govenor, 2/28/22, but they're still closed inside.
