Peppers Mexican Grill Cantina

Waited an hour to be seated. They gave our table away to a party that cane in after us. Hostess didn't seem to care. We thought about leaving but the children were hungry. At one point they tried to seat us in a Booth but one member of our party is disabled and couldn't get in the mall space. The manager did not seem all that concerned, so we left. We will not frequent Peppers again.

Waited an hour because they gave our table to someone else. Didn't seem concerned about disabled family member or hungry children. We ended up leaving. Never again!

I love this place and it really doesn't matter which location you go to as I've ve enjoyed them all. We get a lot of visitors here in Florida, and it is the restaurant we always take friends and family to. They love Peppers as well. Maybe I've always been fortunate, but they've never screwed up an order, service is relatively quick, staff are always polite and knowledgeable, and the drinks are strong, and prices are very reasonable. I've been to Mexico several times, lived in Texas, and tried great Mexican food everywhere, so I don't want to compare styles, but bottom line is they serve great tasting food regardless of what you order there.Kid-friendliness: Great kids menu. My kids love it.

I 'm super picky about Mexican food because I used to live in San Diego and in very close proximity to authentic Mexican food. Eating at Peppers today was the closest I 've found in decades. The food was amazing! A little pricey from other restaurant prices but absolutely worth it. The food came quickly as well. The next thing I look for in a good place to eat is consistency but I 'll have to go back to answer that question. Oh darn ?Kid-friendliness: They provide color sheet and crayons.

They had me at 2 for 1 margs and drafts all day everyday! Food was good but living on the border of Texas and Mexico has spoiled me so I wouldn’t write home about it. However, the staff was very nice, spoke Spanish and English, drinks were delicious and these aren’t your applebee $1 margs with basement shelf liquor so two thumbs up for that. Strawberry marg with a sugar rim and chips and dip are my go to!Kid-friendliness: I ordered a strawberry margarita which looked like a juice to my son and the bar was nice enough to make a strawberry slushie for him, which he loved!
