Mcdonald's - Crittenden

I don't eat here. I won't. Not even if it was free. At any location. I take friends in the drive Thur if they choose.

Had ordered through the app and went through the drive up. I still had to pull ahead and park and wait for my food, along with about 4 other cars. It wasn't busy, there were only 3 cars ahead of me. I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers, a small fry, and sweet tea. The last time I went and did curbside pickup, well, that day drive thru was faster. Go figure! And besides that, the food both times was maybe warm. Don't go if you are in a hurry or want hot fries!

The service here is slow and anytime u put a mobile order in they make u wait longer even tho it’s meant to be ready when picked up wasn’t even busy

Food should have been thrown out 2 hours before it was served to us. GROSS is the only way to describe it. I complained on the corporate page with NO RESPONSE. We will never return to this McDonald's.
