I had a unique and charming time in the tea roses tea room together with my son, grand and a great daughter. my big daughter and I had the broccoli quiz.

Very, very disappointed by the owners demeanor and treatment of my party. the first interaction with her was sitting with her that she told my 12-year-old niee.

We arrived at 2 o'clock on a Friday afternoon without resrvation. Usually you need one, especially when you get to a weekend, but we managed to get good.

My friend Paula and I decided to meet for Afternoon Tea at Tea Roses Tea Room, located in Cromwell, Connecticut. Despite the distance, we enjoyed the ride and the beautiful ambiance of the tea room. We had made a reservation in advance and were seated at a lovely table with roses and elegant tea cups. The atmosphere was set with soft music and dim lighting, creating a perfect setting for a memorable afternoon with friends. We all enjoyed our salad or soup, with options like Portabella mushroom soup and cucumber soup. The highlight was the three-tiered tray filled with scrumptious treats like Mini Quiches, tea sandwiches, and lemon blueberry bread. The scones served with cream and jam were delightful, and dipping grapes in lemon curd was a unique and delicious suggestion. Despite feeling full, we managed to savor every bite. The hospitality was exceptional, as we were allowed to stay and enjoy our tea even after closing time. Peggi, the owner, was charming and we promised to return for another delightful experience. I highly recommend Tea Roses Tea Room for its quality food, cozy atmosphere, and warm hospitality. Make sure to make a reservation to secure a spot in this popular spot!
