This restaurant has been in operation for quite some time. Most of the dishes are served whole and then sliced for your plate. Generally, the food is quite good, and I’ve been a regular customer for many years. However, they aren't flawless, and mistakes can occur. If you find yourself in that situation, politely inform your server that your meal should be comped. You can offer to provide your name and phone number in case the manager has any questions about the situation. In that case, you might want to order something quick and complimentary, such as prime rib steak, chicken strips, jumbo shrimp, barbecued ribs, or walleye. The wait for our food was excessively long. I ordered the prime rib, but I received the end piece, which was dry and overcooked instead of the medium rare I had requested. When I asked the waitress to take it back, she was rather unfriendly. When my meal finally arrived 15 minutes later, it was served cold—not even at room temperature! Since my family had already finished their meals and we were dining with young children who were not inclined to wait any longer, I had to take my food home in a doggie bag.
