Little Caesars Pizza - Crosby

We waited forever without anyone updating us on what was happening. There were 10 of us waiting, but only 3 or 4 staff members working. Most of us had placed our online orders over an hour ago.

Sanitary practices back in the kitchen could be improved, but others than those for a little c’s this place is actually cult and is regularly busy. Eating is what they are expecting from this device consistently and they have a few hot-n-ready pizzas ready to go in the way they are blown. Oh, they have all removed their seats, although so their stehroom can only be annoying... otherwise it is a great little c’s!

I wanted to Give a Big THANK YOU to Ms.Don...I was Late Ordering My 6 yr old Pizza Was in Walmart he had been Asking Allday For Lil Caesars pizza! She was Very Friendly , then turned Around Ask The workers David , Gavin , Trevor as They was Closing Up already put all Food up If they could pull everything Out And Make Pizza For My son..WITHOUT HESITATION , smiling and great attitudes They did So..With That IM SO VERY BLESSED! GREAT WORK YALL...Im a PROUD HAPPY CUSTOMER! Yall MADE his Night I still #1Mom !!

It was an absolutely horrible experience the manager was just sitting down and on their phone doing nothing. I stepped up to the cashier to pay and the person taking my order was so incompetent, they kept changing the price. All I wanted was a hot N ready with some wings and a drink and the person tells me the total is 40 dollars so I literally had to explain to them that they were charging too much several times before they realized they had made in error while putting in my order. Customer service at this location is horrendous to say the least and the manager who was there sitting down on their phone was of no help at all. The overall experience in this place was subpar and I've worked in the food industry, I understand how customers can be rude for no reason but this people seriously lack common sense.

We have visited this location on three different occasions and each time there were no pizzas ready and they didn’t even come to the counter to take our order for over 5 min. With limited time for lunch we had make another choice for lunch. This is not what Little Ceasar’s advertises.
