Hong Kong Chef - Crosshaven

The food was terrible. It appears that the owner isn't actually from China. Having been to China myself, I could tell right away that this restaurant missed the mark. The dishes were poorly prepared and inedible. I would suggest spending your money at a nicer restaurant instead, as everything on the menu is quite pricey. Service: Dine in Meal Type: Dinner.

I didn't enjoy my meal at all. I ordered the salt and pepper chicken with Sichuan sauce, but the sauce was so watery that it made the coating on the chicken soggy instead of crispy. Additionally, the chicken itself was quite tough.

200 metres from Pipers Fair and the playground are worth walking! No queues, friendly staff, quick service, fair prices, huge portions and *tasty food*. We had sweet sour pork and Singapore Noodles probably the best I have tasted in Ireland, absolutely authentic! Hong Kong Chef deserves full 5 stars. (And as a bonus we enjoyed our takeaways with the best cliff view you can imagine.

Went to this restaurant for dinner when visiting the Crosshaven. The menu contains different type of dishes, and also some options for kids. We were a group of 13 people, and despite the number and variety of dishes that we ordered, the foods came pretty quick. High chair for kids is available, the portion is generous and the taste is great!
