Our waitress was friendly, the atmosphere was very humid, and the steaks we ordered were hard. Even the reels that were brought to our table were packed rolls and were so dry that they were broken. Salad was certainly nothing to fry. It was obvious to us that their management cares little about the quality of food. Of course we won't eat there anymore.
We have eaten at Vegas Steakhouse on two different occasions while in Crossville and have had very good experiences both times. The food is always very good and the service is friendly and timely. The prices are reasonable also for the quality of food that you receive. You will never leave hungry~!
After waiting for 45 minutes, I inquired about how much longer it would be. The poor staff at the reception seemed overwhelmed and didn't understand why the hostess had erased our names after we had been waiting for 50 minutes. I could see they were busy, but it was disheartening to watch guests who arrived after us being served and leaving while we remained. We all ordered fish and shrimp, but unfortunately, all the seafood was frozen. I was really disappointed, especially since this is a steakhouse where I expected fresh ingredients, not frozen ones.
The charbroiled chicken was dry, and half of the ribs I received were just four very small pieces. However, the salad and appetizer were tasty. I noticed several empty tables while waiting for about 20 minutes. On the plus side, the waitress was lovely, and the atmosphere of the restaurant was delightful.
I've eaten here many times while visiting Crossville, and I've never been disappointed. The food is always great.
