Chen's Wok - Crowley

Ordered a Garlic Chicken Lunch special. Boy was it special. I tried to eat it in my truck because the establishment is stuck 2 months after Covid hit, Dude, Tear Down The Wall already . The Garlic Chicken was like veggie soup. 3 pieces of chicken inthe entire thing and Mostly water and veggies. I found out that it was a cook your own rice place because the rice wascrunchy and never touched water. More water in the Garlic soup. Not a good place for anything. Glad I did not bring anyone,overpriced, and gross.

There are better Chinese in town. My wife and daughter had Broccoli beef, both of them said it was too salty and both had upset stomachs after. My dish was just ok, no wow factor. When getting the food in felt like I was in some high crime area. You haveto pass stuff through a skidding drawer and air lock system. Do not think I will return.

First time to have had some good shrimp egg fu young in Texas. The portions were large and I could barely finish one. As I was thinking about leaving a review I opened my fortune cookie and it said “Follow your instincts” haha. On top of that, they have real fortune cookies. My dinner was perfect with plenty left over. Kisses to the chef!

Clean looking when walked in. Lady was friendly and great customer service. The food was delicious good portions not lacking on the meat. A gem in a strip mall. Will be back
