The food was delicious, beautifully prepared, and the portions were generous, making for a very satisfying meal. The artwork in the restaurant is stunning; the blacklight images bring the walls to life. There's also a game room with pool tables and dartboards. Hey everyone, I just wanted to share my experience at this restaurant. It’s the peak corn season in Illinois, so there’s really no excuse for subpar corn. Unfortunately, the elotes were quite chewy. I also ordered the half smoked chicken, but it turned out to be really dry. I should have taken the advice of the girl who took my order; she recommended the burrito and mentioned it would be juicy. If you can't ensure the quality of the food for takeout, then maybe it shouldn't be on the menu. I’d like to give this place another chance, but I have to be honest about what wasn’t great. On a positive note, the brisket chili was delicious, and aside from the excess beans on the torta, that was good too. The fries were enjoyable as well. Overall, everything just needed a bit more salt and seasoning.

The restaurant features stunning artwork on the walls! The drinks were enjoyable. I ordered the half chicken, while my friend chose the rib tips. Both were smoked to perfection, easily separating from the bone; however, I wasn't fond of the type of smoke they used. It complemented the rib meat fairly well, but it overshadowed the chicken too much for my taste. Additionally, I would’ve liked the salsa served with the chips and salsa appetizer to have a bit more heat.

Absolutely great place to go for dinner. The elote appetizer is delicious and overall the food everything we tried was fresh and delicious. The service was amazing and the ambience of the restaurant was great. Portions were big and we had enough to take home and enjoy the next day.

Lot of interesting art work grace the walls. The pulled pork sandwich was very good and my wife enjoyed her queasedellas. And my Old Fashioned was great. The service was very good. But the place was empty. I'm guessing the word hasn't gotten out about this place. We'll see what the future holds for them.
