Chili's Grill - Crystal River

The food was great. Sat in the bar area and the bar station was easy to handle 4 tables and 2 bar pairs with a smile and gear service. The food came fast.

Honestly, I was never really a fan of Chili, always had “okay” food and “okay” service. But after last night I can't wait to go back! Our waitress (Amber) was fantastic! She was friendly, fast and efficient! She even remembered bringing all sides of the sauce that were requested, and although we couldn't see her face, one could say that she was wearing a smile. My “medium” steak was cooked PERFECTLY, and also the asparagus! The taste was from this world we had to meet the cook!! (Desiree). My whole table said her food tastes amazing and would definitely return. Hopefully, next time we'll be lucky to get Amber back on the grill as our waitress and Desiree! Thank you for the extraordinary service last night!

I had a wonderful dinner overall. The only downside was that my feet were on the bathroom floor, which was a bit unpleasant. I also wish they hadn't presented the chips as if they were complimentary, as I later realized you need to be at the bar for that. However, the food was excellent, and our server was very attentive with water refills.

I absolutely love this place! I had my favorite dish, the egg roll, along with chips and queso loaded with toppings. The 2-for-1 Bloody Marys were amazing too!

I had the best service I've ever experienced at a Chili's. The music was pleasant, and the ambiance was not cluttered with cheesy decorations.
